[Normally, Hanako probably would have protested the heavy comment-- because, seriously, what kind of noodle man was he if he couldn't handle a barely-ninety-pound kid??-- but the relief that Ango seemed somewhat back to normal after that violent spell overshadowed everything else. For once, he obeys, shakily slipping off Decadence's back, his eyes darting back to the carnage being mopped up upon the dresser table. Dealing with Torments and Nightmares were one thing-- it was easy to pass them off as something Unreal, something that only existed in this space among dreams and fantasy. But this... there was something harrowing about the plain violence of it all, the smears and spatters of blood that looked too dark and sticky compared to whatever he'd seen in horror movies before. It felt too much like stark reality, and that was the last thing Hanako wanted to deal with while he was in the Dream Sphere.

But then Ango explains, and... well, it certainly didn't make things any better, in his opinion. He wasn't about to question the fact that Mio's feelings outright took him over-- Hanako, with his whole ass Possession ability, knew better than that-- but the fact that they were so volatile, so all consuming...

... if anything, though, at least he knew their hunches proved to be right, and that was maybe one step closer to unravelling the knot that was this whole horribly tangled situation. How, though? The Dreamers still in the lobby are one thing, but-- we don't even know where Mio is in this place. It's not like there's anything here past this room aside from her wardrobes, and we already know one of those is a dead end.

Besides... what can we even do for her? It's not like we can purify a whole location like we would a Nightmare. We're Dreamers, not exorcists.
