The collapse of the hallway seems to have been mostly held off for now... but that just means bigger problems. With Mio no longer at the heart of the Disturbance, the dream it starting to lose cohesion and fall apart. A few moments after Chaosbringer comes screeching out from behind Melanchoria, an enormous chunk of glass topples from the ceiling and crushes its remains. Followed by another and another– until it's clear the whole ballroom is falling in.

... the hallway definitely wasn't this long on the way in, right? And it sure as hell wasn't as warm. And what exactly is that horrible red light?
