His eyes slide over to the pristine half of the room, picture perfect in it's sparkle and luster, silent as he turns over Ango's musings in his head. There was something familiar about the duplicity of it all-- the clean, pure, unassuming image in contrast to the messier, damaged, but more authentic side that wasn't meant for other's eyes. Quietly, he sets the pamphlet in his hands back upon the dresser, before stuffing his hands into his pockets.]
Maybe it is fake, though. [For a second, his face goes unreadable and a bit distant as he takes one more glance at the perfectly pretty side of the room, as if his mind was on something else.] It's not like it's all that hard to put on a mask and pretend you're okay for the sake of others.
[But then his blithe smile is back, shooting it carelessly in Ango's direction as if what he said was an absolutely normal conclusion for a boy his age to have come to on his own.]
... or something like that, anyway ☆ There could be some stuff she's proud of while she was in the group, too! It's probably not as cut and dry as we might think it is.
