The Torment, momentarily pulled down by Tycoon, tries once again to take flight but not before Crow is upon it (or, more accurately, its staff) and the extra weight pulls the Tengu down further. This close to the roof tiles, little bits of dust and debris get blown up and around the Dreamers with each beat of the Torment’s wings. From a distance, it probably looks quite dramatic...

Tycoon takes Crow’s improvised cue to pull the staff in time with him. Where one might not have been able to overpower the Tengu, with both of them working together the enemy is forced to choose between relinquishing its weapon or being pulled from the sky-

Or not.

With a violent beat of its wings and a hefty push, the Torment attempts to shake off both its weapon before taking flight again. Tycoon yelps as he’s all but thrown around, barely able to catch himself from falling flat on his face.
