[ Hooded Rooftop Guy is not an unfamiliar sight to Levania. Actually, when he doesn't spot Hooded Rooftop Guy in the dream city for a while, he begins to become concerned for his wellbeing. They have never interacted directly to this point, which is usually something that suits Levania just fine,
but last time he saw him, Hooded Rooftop Guy had left something behind when he left his... posting. Levania had seen it glittering on the rooftop, and, curious, went and picked it up and kept it.
To a Dreamer, it was probably nothing. He could just dream it up again, if he really needed it. Maybe it wasn't so much a belonging, as a leftover of his presence...? Levania hasn't a clue. He just kept it. Now here's the guy who dropped it again, so he's decided he might as well try to give it back.
