Speaking for my own department, our goal is to provide Dreamers with the resources they need to accomplish the tasks the waking world needs from them. Quite aside from any associated benefit of discovering a way to transport materials to and from the Dream Sphere, it's jolly rude to have Dreamers in harm's way without doing a thing for them.
