Tycoon summons two bunshins and sends them up the crystal spires, aiming to destroy at least one. They're going to need more fire power to take out that crystal flower in the centre... and even if it doesn't break, if he can weaken it enough, then someone else might be able to destroy it and open a more direct line of sight to the target. Otherwise, it's just a further two targets for Turo to worry about it.
In the mean time, Tycoon also starts climbing the spires... Well, it's a little more elaborate than just climbing (especially with Bujin still in hand). He's using the chips he's carved into the crystals, his own traversal passive and even some of the vines and ropes to start making his way closer to Turo... And the flower.
