[Amane's shoulders sag slightly in relief as he nods, glad that his redirect paid off. He probably bought this Pierre some time-- hopefully he'd decide to move elsewhere by the time he and Jeannette circled back in his direction. But for now... it was time to look for Tsukasa, and Amane could only pray that his twin didn't leave a mess in this girl's line of sight.

He begins heading in the direction of the home appliance section, keeping a surreptitious eye out for any upended items, though he does glance over towards Jeannette when she asks that question.]

I don't think he went off shopping, exactly... at least, not for anything here. [Candy would have been an option, but Ai supplied the two with enough souvenir sweets from her trip that they were set for a good while.] I think he probably got bored and just wanted to entertain himself. It's... kinda something he does a lot.

[But even more so ever since Tsukasa had returned from the Dream Sphere all those years ago, which was definitely strange. As annoying as it was to try to track down his brother during one of his flights of fancy, though, Amane would rather do that a hundred times than go through the pain of losing his sibling to that realm again. A scatter-brained twin was better than no twin at all, anyway.]
