[ Honestly, asking Hibiki to do anything food-related with you has practically a 100% success rate... even if in this case it's making food instead of going out to eat it.
Whether it's a good idea to ask Hibiki in the first place, though... remains to be seen. Still, it doesn't take long for Hibiki to suddenly burst into the kitchen with a loud "Ruby-chaaaaaaaaaaaan!!" and join Ruby in putting on a cute apron herself and helping Ruby prepare the ingredients. ]
Mm... you think so? I guess chocolate is just hardened milk, right?
[ ...this bodes well, surely. ]
no subject
Yeah! That's why it's called milk chocolate, I think! So it might be smoother if we just use the milk, and then...oh, then a lot of good ones have caramel or strawberry creme in there...do they make those with food processors?
[Ruby goes to look it up on her phone, though she already seems like she's set on the food processor theory. What could go wrong?]

[
What an incredible idea, Ruby-chan! You're so smart! What was the saying again? Two heads are better than one? That might be getting proven wrong today... ]I mean, I can't think how how else they make it, so it's probably right!
[ It can't be that complicated, right? It's not like what Ruby's saying doesn't make sense, either! Indeed... what could go wrong? ]

[She's already putting cocoa and milk into a sauce pan as she gives out this totally sound theory. Ruby knows she's a genius right now, no need to butter her up too much.]
...hm. But is it whipped cream or the kind of cream people put in coffee?
no subject
[ Hibiki starts on doing the same for the second batch, since with two sauce pans they may as well make as much as they can, right? Especially since Ruby's theory sounds so perfectly sound that they may as well fully commit, right? ]
Oh, oh! I know! It's whipped cream, definitely! I mean, think about it! Regular cream is for coffee and drinks, but everybody knows whipped cream is for the sweet stuff, right?
[ Geniuses, both of them. ]
no subject
[Ruby goes to find the strawberries and whipped cream in the fridge, humming to herself as she puts them in a blender.]
If we've got two batches, we can probably do a few different flavors...
no subject
[ And so simple, too! They'll be able to make so many batches if they keep up the pace like this! ]
Ooh, good idea! We may as well test a bunch out, right? We might come up with something that'll end up being super popular!!
[ Becoming famous thanks to chocolate... Ruby, this is your chance to skyrocket yourself to idoldom! ]
no subject
[The Flavorful Idol, Sweet Dreamer Soleil...oh, she likes the sound of that!]
Hmm, people like azuki bean filling in dessert, so what happens if you put that with some whipped cream...then maybe another fruit too? How do you make it lemony? You'd squeeze 'em like lemonade, right?
no subject
Ooh, I love azuki bean filling! I didn't even think of that!
[ Just wait Ruby, Hibiki can see your rise to idol stardom already! ]
Yep, you gotta squeeze out all the juice stuff, and you can leave that to me! [ She says, lifting and showing off by flexing her arm. ] I'll have it all squeezed out in no time!
[ Fear not Hibiki's grip strength, it's fine... ]
no subject
Ruby claps at Hibiki's flexing as if she's at a sports show.]
Woohoo! I'll be counting on you for that, Hibiki-chan! I'll take care of the strawberries!
[Which is...manually tearing the leaves off rather than cutting them because the more strawberry the better, right?!]
no subject
You've got it! These'll be the best chocolates ever!
[ Exactly! The more strawberry the better... and who wants leaves and stuff in their chocolate? Certainly not these two! In any case, Hibiki promptly grabs a bunch of lemons and brings them over to the blender, at which point she holds one over it—without even cutting it in half, mind you—and... ]
SPLURT
[ ...completely and utterly crushes the entire lemon as if it were made of putty in her hand. To her credit, this does get all of the juices into the blender. It also gets it all over her hand, but oh well. ]
Uwah, it's so sticky...
[ She'll just toss the crushed/shriveled lemon into the trash bin off to the side and move onto the next, which gets crushed just as easily as the first. ]
no subject
[Then Ruby sees Hibiki completely decimate the lemon.]
--oh! Nevermind! Jeez, were you always that strong??
[Not gonna lie, Ruby's impressed! She knew Hibiki was tough but still!
Meanwhile Ruby is making a little pile of strawberry leaves on the counter.]
no subject
[ "I guess so" she says, as if she doesn't keep up a consistent training schedule in real life, not just the Dreamsphere. Seriously, she doesn't look that much stronger than Ruby, and yet these poor lemons are proving otherwise. ]
Oh! How many should I squeeze? I was gonna just keep going until you told me to stop, but...
[ On second thought, that seems like an iffy idea, even to Hibiki. ]
