[He was mostly trying to get a rise out of Keiwa with his rejection (you couldn't say Amane was devoid of mischief, even in this state of his), but upon closer inspection of the box, even he couldn't help feeling a small twinge of guilt from his initial response. The paper was pretty enough that it was a shame to tear into it-- maybe there was a way to keep it intact to save for later?-- and the little pink stars within were far nicer than any sort of giri choco he's received before this. It was clear that Keiwa had put a lot of thought and care into putting these together, as unconventional as it was, so when he suggests passing them along to his brother, Amane slooowly slides the box of chocolates back towards himself instead, pointedly avoiding his gaze.]

No... you've got enough work to do as it is. Tsukasa's already going to be halfway up the wall with whatever you just gave him.

[And this was without the knowledge that Keiwa made coffee chocolates on top of the strawberry ones....... hopefully, for everyone's sake, he had the foresight to leave those out of Tsukasa's box too, lest he wanted to peel the boy off the ceiling again...!!

Quietly, he pops the lid off of the box, plucking one of the strawberry stars out to admire. Keiwa wasn't wrong in that sentiment, especially when someone didn't exactly have a lot of friends to get chocolate from, but...]

If you really wanted to give people stuff, though, why not wait until White Day? I mean... it is nice to get something for Valentine's, but people might get the wrong idea, y'know?

[A beat, as the rest of what Keiwa says finally catches up to him, and then:]

... actually, it sort of sounds like they already have. Just how many people have you given chocolates to already...?
