[if anyone is passing through the Abandoned Dojo at the beginning of April, there's a chance they'll be met with an interesting sight: a particular blue streak zipping up the dusty path and sending the Torments (and obstacles) spinning in it's wake. He's taken a shine to the lovely landscape here, something that reminds him of the mountains he's seen in ~~Spagonia~~ Europe or in ~~Chun-nan~~ China somehow at the same time while barely resembling them. He wishes he could scale them himself, but for now, the obstacle course that leads up to the Abandoned Dojo has his full attention. Maybe you run into him while he's in a runner's sprint, preparing to dash off on another run. Or maybe you catch the heartstopping moment when he simply jumps from the mountain top- whether he's skydiving down or running down the cliff face is, frankly, a coin toss. He will be doing both.

Or maybe you catch him in a moment of reflection. He sits, cross legged, atop the roof of the Dojo, whistling bits and pieces of a song he heard somewhere, enjoying the great view. Now the question is... How did he get up there in the first place?!]

[Hubert, aka Dreamer Bishop, usually ignores his fellow Dreamers if he runs into them while patrolling. But seeing a teenager running down a mountain is enough to make him stop and watch. Of course, dream logic and Dreamer powers can do a lot, so he's not worried for him. But it's an interesting sight regardless.

So hey kiddo, have a tall goth vampire looking man golf clapping at the end of that]

[he has to jump off at just the right time in order to prevent himself from becoming a Sonic shaped hole in the ground, but with his experience? The timing was cakewalk.

And, just because he has an audience, he does an few aerial tricks before he lands too. What a ~~showoff~~ showman]

Thank you, thank you! [in English, because he's a vampire-?] That's the most polite applause I've gotten so far. Is there some contract that requires you to live up to the look or lose it?

[he holds his hand out to the tall vampire for a handshake, because of course he does. What else would he do?]

[Oh this kid is obnoxious... but he's not Hubert's problem, so he just finds it hilarious]

[ It's while he's is sitting down, whistling a completely different song... he'll be able to hear a completely different song... along with the sight of another Dreamer currently fighting off a group of Torments all at once... not unlike a scene from a martial arts movie where a single person is fending off a group of people all at once. ]

My right hand of the decision to keep breaking through exists within the echoing sound known as "me"

[ Honestly? The torments are getting their asses handed to them. ]

[his ears prick up and he turns to look at who's singing. And, well, he's not about to interrupt a kung-fu flick. Just because he looks like the sort of punk who would shout at the movie screen doesn't mean he actually is one, thank you very much.

And just look at her! She's totally got it under control. Sonic's not about to steal the glory from someone who's clearly having a great time]

Woohoo~ Go get 'em, girl!

Eh!? U-Um, Throb hard! (G-beat) Take a swing at the meter (G-beat) with a bang!

[ She's a bit surprised to see someone here, her attention turning briefly to the source of the person cheering her on... but only briefly, since she is still fighting. Her attention shoots back to the fight just in time for her to drive her fist into yet another torment and start her song up again. ]

Using both my hands, using my song, I will protect you!
Break through! (G-beat) Set these beliefs ablaze (G-beat) violently!
Stuff like "limits"—I don't need them, don't know them
I swear, never will I separate our hands!

[ There's a moment when a good number of Torments start to surround her, only for Hibiki to spin around and mow them all down at once when her scarf suddenly glowed, extended, and swung around like a whip at all of the torments.

Sonic is in for a good show, at least. ]

Oh~ [that scarf move was pretty slick, actually! And watching her like this, it's clear that Sonic doesn't need to jump in at all. So he sits aside for a moment-

No, who are we kidding? After a second, he hops up, goes through a quick stretch routine, jogs up the roof a little bit to give himself some space... And dashes off the eaves, jumping at the last second to land on one of the Torments.

He uses it as a skateboard to knock down a few other Torments that had been missed by being just out of range of Gungnir's scarf. As he passes Gungnir by, Sonic hops off his impromptu skateboard to stand next to her, battle ready]

Hope you don't mind me crashing the party!

[~~Fist Bump playing in distance intensifies~~]

[ ~~Oh you just know Fist Bump is playing, at least in our hearts.~~ ]

A-Ah! Hello! Of course!

[ Honestly, Hibiki was expecting to do this completely solo... call it a bad habit from how she's used to being a one-girl strike squad. With that said, she's good at improvising and cooperating with new allies who she knows nothing about on the fly, so... ]

I won't lose to the weight, the duty, or the fate of the meaning to the power I seized
Even if I have to hurt something in order to protect it

[ She's not as fast as him, but she's easily keeping up regardless. ]

[he's a Striker, and a fast one too boot, but while he's strong, he still can't take out Torments in a punch. So it's kind of impressive watching Gungnir knock these things' blocks off- Waitasecond, is he breakdancing while she sings?

... He's totally breakdancing while she sings, because of course he is. To his credit, he is kicking any wayward Torments into the path of Hibiki's attacks so it's not a complete waste. Time to break through it all]

...can't keep up with kids these days.

I swear they just get faster every year.

[ Obviously, this one's just got a specialty in that regard, but it still makes the diminutive woman feel ever more like a lump. ]

[he slows down to a jog when he hears the complaints... He could be nice, but also did you not hear the complaints?]
