[ Even if it was Hibiki's birthday, Hibiki is hardly one to turn away anybody, especially friends of her friends. See, that's how you get to meet more people! Besides, she uh, feels as though she owes an apology to all of the Dreamers who had to fight in her Disturbance anyway.
