Which is about when he stands up to walk over to a corner of the building, near the balcony, before he shimmies down using the pipe joints but mostly using the window frames to hold his weight. Once he gets near enough to the balcony, he drops down and waves at Tsukasa cheerfully.

"If Amane asks where you heard that from..." He trails off for a moment before laughing, "You know what? I bet your brother will probably think it's me even if you didn't say anything."
