[Soleil might be petulant if it was anybody else, but the scolding coming from her soft adorable kouhai is a bit embarrassing.]

I-I might have skipped a few steps in the assessment process!

[The attacks from Prisma do help to clear the area enough that Soleil is able to find her footing again and start fighting back, smacking a still nearby Torment into a daze with her whip.]

But! Now that you're here, this works out! We're gonna prove what a great team we are!

[She is going to spin this into a success even if she has to massively stretch the definition of success.]

[ Soleil really is optimistic.. It is something that Prisma does admire about the other girl, but-- you know, maybe a little bit more when they aren't right in the middle of danger. You know.

But with the other girl getting some free space around her again, Prisma does her best to shoot herself a way through the Torments until she's right by Soleil's side - wanting to make sure to be right there so she can help protect the other girl just in case-- ]

Unless this goes horribly wrong!

[ In case that happens, yeah. Prisma looks worried enough that she kind of seems like it's entirely possible that might happen.. Soleil drew so much aggro, there's so many Torments! ]

Or! It'll go horribly right!

[Soleil takes a position back-to-back with Prisma so they both have a vantage point to defend each other.]

U-Um, that's amazingly optimistic, but..

[ Is it really the right moment, she wants to say, but it feels a little bit too mean. Especially when Prisma does genuinely think that the other's optimism is admirable!

But maybe not so much while they're busy dealing with far too many Torments! Prisma quickly charges her wand, the star on it glowing as she starts firing her usual pink balls of energy in the direction of the things surrounding them. ]

L-Let's just attack as hard as we can!
