[Because, seriously, who thought it was a good idea to put a motorcycle chase in a kaiju film?? People were watching it for the giant monsters smashing up cities, not the cool car stunts!!]

Well, you gotta start with the Showa trilogy, obviously. [He pats the poster for the screenings for emphasis, before continuing:] Even if they rebooted the series, it's always good to know where it started from, and the story arc across the first three films is more solid, in my opinion.
Then you can move on to the Heisei films, but I think the first two are the stronger ones of the bunch. They kind of just go so-so after that.
